3. Use license

User content
If you submit content to the Site, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable right to use, copy, publicly perform or display, distribute, modify, translate, and create derivative works of that content in connection with the Site and our business. You also grant the users of the Site the right to access your content in connection with their use of the Site. User content does not necessarily reflect the opinion of GarageVetted. We reserve the right to remove, screen, edit, or reinstate user content from time to time at our sole discretion and without notice to you.

GarageVetted makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, GarageVetted does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on the Site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to the Site. All content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not professional advice.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GarageVetted, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, suppliers, licensors, and partners, and the officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives of each of them, including costs, liabilities, and legal fees, from any claim or demand made by any third party arising out of or relating to (i) your access to or use of the Site, (ii) your violation of these Terms, (iii) any products or services purchased or obtained by you in connection with the Site, or (iv) the infringement by you, or any third party using your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
5. Limitations
In no event shall GarageVetted or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Site, even if GarageVetted or a We-authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
6. Revisions and errata
The materials appearing on the Site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We does not warrant that any of the materials on the Site are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on the Site at any time without notice. We does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
